Vegan and Raw Shrikhand Recipe: (Dairy-free Gluten-free)
1 cup almonds
1 raw mango (medium sized) peeled and diced
1 cup raw sugar/powdered jaggery
5-6 cardamoms (elaichi)
A pinch of rock salt
1/2 cup Water.
Procedure:
Grind/process the almonds for 1/2 a minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Grind/process to paste consistency.
Garnish with almond slices!
